🏁Time is running out. ⌛ We are close to the finish line of the opportunity to receive a Matching Grant that would provide funding for the transformative art programming we provide at no cost to our community in Tecate, Mexico. We have the opportunity to receive $14k, if we can fundraise $6.5k of that by June 1st. Just 2.5 days left.

Paint splatters on tables. Glitter in forgotten corners. Pencil shavings, dusty shelves, fingerprints on windows, and chairs marked with endless evidence of creativity.

We were really ready for our deep spring cleaning — and so our community came together and surprised us with just that.

They scrubbed paint and dirt from tables and chairs, dusted hard-to-reach places, organized supplies, washed windows, and helped bring fresh life back into the studio.

What touched us most was this: they care for this space with pride, tenderness, and gratitude. And cleaned as if they were caring for their very own home.

Honestly, this says more than we could ever put into words about what this place has become for those who experience HOPE and TRANSFORMATION through our FREE art programming. 💛

Hey, it’s Natalie here. May I present to you our amazing powerhouse of a team that serves the woman of our community WELL? They serve with their whole being and make the love of Jesus tangible, creating an unforgettable weekly experience for the woman in our community via our woman’s Bible study.

Last week the 70+ woman that they serve each week gave back, so that they could enjoy a special breakfast together!

We wrapped up our end-of-winter course with an Art Expo celebrating creativity, growth, and community. The space was filled with art everywhere you looked—each piece telling a story of dedication, courage, and joy.

Our singing class brought the room to life with beautiful performances, and our soloists shared their voices with such confidence and heart.

We also took time to honor the incredible commitment of our volunteer teachers. Their investment, patience, and love are what make this space so impactful. And of course, we celebrated our students—their hard work, their progress, and their willingness to show up, try, and grow.
