Feeling so happy and grateful after leading our Return to the Heart retreat!

Thank you to the beautiful souls who came with open hearts and such reverence for the experience and for one another.

Thank you to Adam for leading Vikara’s very first sound bath, and to Brian for your amazing support. It was such a joy to lead our first kirtan together!

And thank you to Indy and Finn 🐾 for being the best medicine dogs and bringing so much love to our space.

I love this work, and I love this community. It’s such an honor to witness the healing, connection, and growth that continue to unfold.

🌿 We’ve added a new date for our next Grandmother Medicine Retreat!

Join us October 31–November 2 for a special retreat around Dia de los Mu***os in Mexico. 🤍

This will be an intimate, two-day sacred ceremony held in the Shipibo tradition of Peru, with space for healing, reflection, spiritual insight, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom.

What’s included:
• Pre-retreat preparation
• Lodging + nourishing meals
• Grounding practices + group sharing
• Sacred ceremonial space
• Live music + sacred songs
• Two guided medicine journeys
• Integration support

Participation is by donation, with 10% of retreat donations going directly to support the Shipibo community.

A medical intake and screening process is required, and the group is limited to 8 participants.

These retreats tend to fill quickly, so if you’re feeling called to join us, we recommend booking early to save your spot. 🌿

So grateful to have led a 1:1 somatic medicine retreat for such a lovely soul. 🤍

This is the kind of work that brings my heart so much joy! I got to bring together so many of my favorite practices and healing modalities in one retreat: yoga nidra, intention setting, meditation, somatic touch, Somatic Experiencing, medicine work, healthy cooking, kirtan, mindful beach walks, journaling, gentle yoga, and integration.

I’m so grateful to be able to do this work and create space for someone to come home to themselves.

And so grateful to Brian for being such a wonderful co-pilot! I couldn’t ask for more. 🌿

Kirtan is an invitation to come together through music, devotion, and heartfelt connection. To sing, listen, move, be still, and simply be present with one another.
