Our annual gathering where friends, both old and new, come together to celebrate the season with festive spirit, great company, and a little tropical sparkle.

March 8, 2027
Black and White Gala at Sayan Tropical Condominiums
An evening of dinner, drinks, and live entertainment in one of Puerto Vallarta’s most beautiful settings.

These events are an important part of supporting the school, and they’re also a chance for all of us to come together and celebrate what we’re building as a community.

We did it!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, Vallarta School for Girls has reached our $500,000 USD Capital Campaign goal.
Construction of our new school building is moving along beautifully and remains on schedule. Our plan is to move into the new building for the next school year in September.
This new space will allow us to welcome more students and reduce our growing waitlist, giving more girls the opportunity to receive the education they deserve.
We are also proud to share that all of our graduates have gone on to higher education — something that would not have been possible without the school and the full scholarships that support them.
Thank you to everyone who donated, shared our mission, and believed in these girls. Your support is truly changing lives.
We can’t wait to show you the new school soon. 🙏🎉💙

Last night was extraordinary.
A huge thank you to Kevin Anthony II for delivering such an incredible show. His talent, professionalism, and generosity reminded all of us why music matters so much in our community.
Kevin, your voice, your presence, and your spirit created a truly special evening. We are deeply grateful not only for the performance you gave, but for your decision to donate the proceeds to support our girls’ education.
That is impact. That is leadership.

Due to the recent events in Puerto Vallarta, the Vallarta School for Girls is saddened to announce the cancellation of our Black and White Gala scheduled for March 2, 2026 at Sayan Tropical Condominiums.

After thoughtful consideration, the school’s leadership and event organizers agreed that the safety and well-being of our community must come first. While we had planned to gather 200 generous supporters for a beautiful evening of celebration and purpose, this is simply not the right time to come together in this way.

Our focus now is on supporting one another and ensuring that residents and visitors alike continue to feel safe and secure. Puerto Vallarta is a city defined by kindness, resilience, warmth, and strength. We are confident that, together, our community will move forward and emerge even stronger.

The mission of the Vallarta School for Girls—to educate and empower bright, hardworking young women—remains an important part of that future.

As you know, the gala was completely sold out. We will absolutely honor refund requests for any guest who prefers one. However, we humbly and sincerely ask you to consider allowing your ticket purchase to remain with the school as a donation. Your generosity will directly support our students and help sustain critical programs.

Please note that ticket donations are eligible for tax deductions in Mexico, the United States, and Canada.

If you would like to request a refund, please send your name, email address, phone number, and number of tickets purchased to [email protected].

The Black and White Gala is our single largest fundraiser of the year. Its cancellation leaves a significant gap in our operating budget — funding that directly supports tuition assistance, educational programming, and the daily resources our students rely on. Our board and management team will be working diligently to identify alternative funding sources in the weeks ahead.

We are profoundly grateful for your understanding, your compassion, and your continued belief in the power of education to transform lives. Together, we will continue building a stronger Puerto Vallarta and a brighter future for the young women we serve.

On March 2, 2026, from 7:00–10:00 PM, 200 guests will gather at the stunning beachfront condominiums of Sayan Tropical for what promises to be an unforgettable evening in support of the girls and young women we serve.

The night will be nothing short of epic, featuring extraordinary performances by Diego Guerrero + Los Martinis, Kim Kuzma, Effie Passero, Alison Lo, and Kim Archer — all hosted by the one and only Kevin Anthony.
