Over the last 10 years, Conexión founder Bridget has undergone a mental, physical, and whole life transformation from a sedentary, unhappy, bitchy high school Spanish teacher, married mother of two to a progressive, bold, brave, risk-taking, dancing in her bikini, tattooed, separated, international entrepreneur living her dream of working virtually from (near) the beach.
She now embodies her personal and professional values of authenticity, communication, integrity and growth. She hopes to inspire women to live authentically and fully, while helping men to better understand the women they know and love. She wants every person to stand in their truth and align their lives by identifying their values, using their mission for today as a compass to make decisions and their vision for the future as a map on how to make your dreams come true - sooner, rather than later!
