En Roots & Wings creemos que la comunidad se construye escuchando, participando y aprendiendo a servir a los demás.
Nuestro programa de Embajadores de la Comunidad invita a los estudiantes a desarrollar liderazgo desde una mirada cercana y responsable: representar a sus compañeros, compartir propuestas, promover la convivencia y participar activamente en la vida escolar.
Ser embajador no significa mandar ni decidir por otros; significa escuchar con respeto, colaborar con empatía y ayudar a que más voces sean tomadas en cuenta.
A través de este proceso, nuestros estudiantes aprenden que la participación también es una forma de cuidar, construir y fortalecer su comunidad.
Gracias a todos los alumnos que participaron con entusiasmo, responsabilidad y corazón.

Bei Roots & Wings glauben wir, dass Gemeinschaft durch Zuhören, Mitwirken und das Lernen, anderen zu dienen, aufgebaut wird.
Unser Programm Community Ambassadors lädt die Schülerinnen und Schüler dazu ein, Führung aus einer fürsorglichen und verantwortungsvollen Perspektive zu entwickeln: ihre Mitschülerinnen und Mitschüler zu vertreten, Ideen zu teilen, ein positives Miteinander zu fördern und aktiv am Schulleben teilzunehmen.
Ein Botschafter zu sein bedeutet nicht, Anweisungen zu geben oder Entscheidungen für andere zu treffen; es bedeutet, respektvoll zuzuhören, mit Empathie zusammenzuarbeiten und dazu beizutragen, dass mehr Stimmen gehört werden.
Durch diesen Prozess lernen unsere Schülerinnen und Schüler, dass Beteiligung auch eine Form ist, ihre Gemeinschaft zu stärken, zu pflegen und mitzugestalten.

En Roots & Wings creemos que el aprendizaje no ocurre únicamente sentado frente a una mesa.
El cuerpo también piensa, explora, pregunta y descubre. A través del movimiento, los niños fortalecen habilidades importantes como la memoria, la atención, la coordinación, la seguridad personal y la regulación emocional.
Correr, saltar, bailar, jugar, construir, experimentar y moverse libremente también son formas profundas de aprender.
Porque cuando el aprendizaje se vive, se vuelve más significativo.

Laufen, Springen, Tanzen, Spielen, Bauen, Experimentieren und freie Bewegung sind ebenfalls tiefgehende Formen des Lernens.

Como parte del fortalecimiento y consolidación de nuestra comunidad educativa, queremos compartir con ustedes la estructura de coordinaciones que acompañará las distintas etapas formativas dentro de Roots & Wings.

Esta organización nos permite seguir brindando un acompañamiento más cercano, claro y articulado para nuestros estudiantes, familias y equipo docente.

A partir de esta estructura:

Mtra. Ana Paola Sánchez Méndez
asume la Coordinación de KiTa y KiGa, acompañando las primeras etapas de desarrollo, exploración y aprendizaje de nuestros niños.

Mtra. Felicitas Carmen Limón Vidal
continúa al frente de la Coordinación de Elementary, dando seguimiento a una etapa fundamental en el crecimiento académico, humano y personal de nuestros estudiantes.

Mtra. Claudia Limón Vidal
asume la Coordinación de Junior High, fortaleciendo el acompañamiento de nuestros alumnos en una etapa clave de transición, autonomía y formación integral.

Cada una de ellas aporta experiencia, preparación y una visión educativa que fortalece el acompañamiento académico y humano de nuestros estudiantes en cada etapa de su desarrollo.

Con esta estructura, Roots & Wings continúa dando pasos hacia una nueva etapa de crecimiento, organización y consolidación de nuestra comunidad educativa, siempre con el compromiso de acompañar a cada estudiante con cercanía, responsabilidad y sentido de comunidad.

Tres etapas, una misma visión: seguir construyendo una comunidad donde nuestros estudiantes crezcan con raíces fuertes y alas para el futuro.

As part of the strengthening and consolidation of our educational community, we would like to share with you the coordination structure that will accompany the different formative stages within Roots & Wings.

This organization allows us to continue offering closer, clearer, and more articulated support for our students, families, and teaching team.

As part of this structure:

Mtra. Ana Paola Sánchez Méndez
will lead the KiTa and KiGa Coordination, accompanying the first stages of development, exploration, and learning of our children.

Mtra. Felicitas Carmen Limón Vidal
will continue leading the Elementary Coordination, supporting a fundamental stage in the academic, human, and personal growth of our students.

Mtra. Claudia Limón Vidal
will lead the Junior High Coordination, strengthening the guidance of our students during a key stage of transition, autonomy, and integral formation.

Each of them brings experience, preparation, and an educational vision that strengthens the academic and human support of our students at every stage of their development.

With this structure, Roots & Wings continues taking steps toward a new stage of growth, organization, and consolidation of our educational community, always with the commitment to accompany each student with closeness, responsibility, and a strong sense of community.

Als Teil der Stärkung und Konsolidierung unserer Bildungsgemeinschaft möchten wir Ihnen die Koordinationsstruktur vorstellen, die die verschiedenen Bildungsstufen innerhalb von Roots & Wings begleiten wird.

Diese Organisation ermöglicht es uns, unseren Schülerinnen und Schülern, Familien und unserem Lehrteam weiterhin eine nähere, klarere und besser abgestimmte Begleitung anzubieten.

Im Rahmen dieser Struktur:

Mtra. Ana Paola Sánchez Méndez
übernimmt die Koordination von KiTa und KiGa und begleitet damit die ersten Entwicklungs-, Entdeckungs- und Lernphasen unserer Kinder.

Mtra. Felicitas Carmen Limón Vidal
führt weiterhin die Koordination der Elementary und begleitet eine grundlegende Etappe im akademischen, menschlichen und persönlichen Wachstum unserer Schülerinnen und Schüler.

Mtra. Claudia Limón Vidal
übernimmt die Koordination der Junior High und stärkt die Begleitung unserer Schülerinnen und Schüler in einer wichtigen Phase des Übergangs, der Selbstständigkeit und der ganzheitlichen Entwicklung.

Jede von ihnen bringt Erfahrung, Vorbereitung und eine pädagogische Vision mit, die die akademische und menschliche Begleitung unserer Schülerinnen und Schüler in jeder Entwicklungsphase stärkt.

Mit dieser Struktur geht Roots & Wings weiter Schritte in Richtung einer neuen Etappe des Wachstums, der Organisation und der Konsolidierung unserer Bildungsgemeinschaft — immer mit dem Ziel, jeden Schüler und jede Schülerin mit Nähe, Verantwortung und Gemeinschaftssinn zu begleiten.

Drei Etappen, eine gemeinsame Vision: weiterhin eine Gemeinschaft aufzubauen, in der unsere Schülerinnen und Schüler mit starken Wurzeln und Flügeln für die Zukunft wachsen.

Querida comunidad:
Queremos reiterar que Felicitas Carmen Limón Vidal continúa al frente de la Coordinación de Elementary, etapa que comprende de primero a sexto dentro de nuestro programa educativo.
Junto con el arquitecto Jesús Limón, Felicitas es fundadora y pionera de Roots & Wings International Learning Community. Desde sus inicios, ha sido una parte esencial en la construcción, crecimiento y desarrollo de esta comunidad educativa, acompañando cada etapa con compromiso, corazón y propósito.
Su formación en el área de trabajo social orientado a instituciones educativas, junto con su experiencia en el acompañamiento formativo de niños y familias, fortalece nuestra manera de entender la educación: como un proceso que integra el aprendizaje académico, el desarrollo emocional, la formación humana y la vida en comunidad.
Su capacidad en el área de idiomas y su visión educativa continúan enriqueciendo una etapa clave en la formación de nuestros estudiantes, guiando Elementary con experiencia, sensibilidad y un profundo compromiso con los valores que sostienen a Roots & Wings.
Nos alegra seguir contando con su liderazgo, experiencia y dedicación para continuar fortaleciendo esta importante etapa dentro de nuestra comunidad.

Nuestra liga no se trata solo de jugadores: también se construye con coaches que acompañan, familias que apoyan y una comunidad que crece junta.
Cada partido es una oportunidad para aprender a colaborar, confiar, esforzarnos, respetar reglas, celebrar logros y levantarnos después de cada intento.
