November 21-December 1, 2026 is our Advanced Birthworker Training. Eleven days of immersive deep dives. Join us!

March 18-20, 2027 is our second official Global Summit. Three days of birthworkers from around the world gathering to share, learn, heal and dance!

It was an honor to have her on this week's Wombs of the World Podcast to expand on her workshop in a deeper conversation around race and birth, the diaspora, and the politics of birth.

Last month we accomplished a project eight years in the making… bringing a sustainable training to clinical staff across Tanzania. 53 medical professionals from 7 hospitals- including nurse midwives, medical officers, OB/GYNs, and other specialists, joined us for three days for some updated evidence based care!
Exploring positional change changes, birth physiology, the hormones of labor, what respectful care and consent actually look like in practice.
Incredibly grateful for the support of the International Childbirth Initiative in this project’s development.
We are now fine-tuning the trainers’ training and hope to bring this kind of workshop all over the world. You know us… always dreaming BIG. But this proves to keep on dreaming!
