How can Transit-Oriented Development reshape the way we build housing and cities?
On September 2, ULI Mexico will bring together local and international perspectives to explore Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) through real-world experiences and success stories.
We are pleased to welcome Sergio Leal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grupo VINTE, one of Mexico and Latin America’s leading and most innovative housing developers; Brandon Palanker, ULI Dallas TOD Development Council; and Alberto Meouchi, Centro para el Futuro de las Ciudades.
Moderated by Eduardo Ramos, Chair of ULI Mexico and member of the TOD Development Council, the conversation will explore how TOD can help create more connected, accessible, and competitive communities.
We will also present a ULI Mexico case study on TOD and housing in Mexico.
