Mobilize Mankind, MoviMex, is celebrating our newest wheelchair distribution July 2026 with exciting growth in working with the Mexican community (families, therapists, government and others), collaborations with US non-profit organizations (Branson Cares,Hope Haven) and fabulous caring humans in all areas! We are blessed to continue our work of 25 years including our long-term collaboration with Hope Haven with the Kid Chairs and now working with the beautiful people from Branson Missouri/ Branson Cares.
Hope Haven assisted this clinic with 20 new and updated Kid Chairs. Branson Cares brought down a caring team of 10 to support customizing the chairs for each child and continues to raise funds for wheelchairs through their Red Bucket Week. The Mexican community participated with physical therapists and physical therapy students. The La Paz Municipal Department of Inclusion helped with facilities preparation, plentiful drinking water and lunches for the Mexican volunteers. The Department of Education continues to support and assist with facilities for the MoviMex mobility program.
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve the special children of BCS and their families with mobility, custom positioning and the ability to participate more fully in the life of their families and community!
