Do you know what to do in the event of a medical emergency? Join us to learn Hands-Only CPR & Basic First Aid from Retired Del Mar Fire Captain and Professional Educator, Patrick O’Neil. Leave knowing how to STOP THE BLEED with the use of a simple at-home torniquete. This workshop will be taught in English only.
