Wrapping up our impactful time in Romania with a night in Bucharest. On our final day we dove deep into Romania's resilient history—from the shadows of communism to the triumph of its fall—and wandered the vibrant Old Town streets.
These stories of perseverance fuel our work to build brighter futures worldwide. Grateful for the lessons learned here! 🇷🇴

One of our main projects this past week was building Zanica and Toader a bathroom from scratch. They had no indoor plumbing—their toilet was a hundred feet behind the house. Every volunteer pitched in to install a proper toilet and a hot-water shower. We finished the job in the middle of a downpour, so now they can use the bathroom indoors, rain or shine. Thank you to everyone who helped make a difference in their lives!
