I’ve always loved flan, but I used to think it was complicated to make at home. After some experimenting, I found that the Instant Pot method makes it much easier and very consistent.

This Napolitan flan turns out creamy, smooth, and with a beautiful caramel layer on top.

Sharing the recipe here in case anyone else wants to try it. Curious how others here make their flan or caramel custard.
