She Leads Malawi is looking for 2 Agriculture Certificate Graduates to join our women’s economic empowerment programme in Chipoka, Salima.

Position: Agriculture Interns (2)
Location: Chipoka, Salima
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: Unpaid internship
Accommodation: Free housing provided

Important: Applicants must be willing and comfortable to live and work in a very remote area of Chipoka, Salima.

EMBARKING ON WOMEN AND GIRLS ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT.

She Leads believes that empowering women should entail giving them skills to utilise so that they can empower themselves.

In quest to accelerate the economic status of women, the Executive had a meeting to strategise on opening up Thrift Shop which will benefit the communities in generating income. The proceeds from the sales will be redicted to technical skills training.

Through the resale of secondhand clothing, we also aim to reduce waste, conserve resources, and encourage sustainable practices in the community hence ensuring environmental sustainability as well.

We are geared up to collaborate for effective change in our Societies.
