Tengani Foundation continues to work towards improving access to safe and clean water for vulnerable communities in Malawi through training, safe water education, and practical water treatment solutions.

We recently engaged community members on safe drinking water practices, proper chlorine usage, safe storage, and household water treatment to help prevent waterborne diseases. We also continue supporting schools and hard-to-reach areas with practical interventions to strengthen chlorine production and water safety.

Access to safe water is not just a need—it is a foundation for health, dignity, and development.

🌍💧 SAFE WATER IS A RIGHT, NOT A PRIVILEGE 💧🌍

“Safe water is not a privilege—it is a right, and knowledge is the key to protecting it.”

Tengani Foundation in partnership with Safe Water International Ministries through Abundant Life Centre, is working together to empower communities with life-saving knowledge on safe water treatment.

Through youth networks and community training sessions, people are learning how to safely use chlorine to treat drinking water—helping to kill harmful germs and prevent diseases like cholera and diarrhea.

👥 Youth are now stepping forward as champions of change, educating families and villages on the importance of safe water, hygiene, and proper water storage.

💬 One participant shared: “We used to think clear water is safe, but now we understand that water must also be treated to protect our health.”

Together, we are seeing real impact—healthier families, reduced illness, and stronger community awareness.

🌟 Celebrating Excellence 🌟

Henderson, one of our dedicated beneficiaries, continues to inspire us with his intelligence and strong work ethic in class.

At just 16 years old and currently in Standard 7, he has shown remarkable academic commitment. In his recent examinations, Henderson achieved position 1 again in his class, ranking 32 out of 110 learners.

His success is a true reflection of hard work, perseverance, and determination to rise above challenges. We are incredibly proud of him and excited for the bright future ahead! 🙏📚

Today, on World Water Day, we stand with women and girls across Malawi who continue to carry the heavy burden of the water crisis.

At , we believe that access to clean and safe water is not a privilege—it is a right. Yet many girls still walk long distances to fetch water, miss school, and face health and safety risks every single day.

This year’s theme, “Where water flows, equality grows,” reminds us that when communities have access to safe water, girls stay in school, families stay healthy, and opportunities begin to grow.

We call on partners, leaders, and communities to invest in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) solutions that uplift and protect the most vulnerable.

Together, we can build a future where no girl is left behind because of water.

💧 Clean Water, Clean Life! 💧

Did you know that safe, filtered water is one of the simplest ways to protect your health at home and in our communities? Water filtration removes dirt, bacteria, and harmful chemicals—giving us water that nourishes our bodies and keeps our families safe.

Just like we filter water to make it clean, God offers us living water that cleanses our hearts and souls:
"Whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life." – John 4:14 🌊

Let’s be intentional about:
✅ Drinking clean water every day
✅ Sharing safe water with our neighbors
✅ Remembering the spiritual “living water” God provides
