We have successfully completed site inspections and pond management support visits for project participants.

Through these visits, participants received practical technical guidance on site selection, pond preparation and the management of existing fish ponds, ensuring they are better prepared for successful fish production.

This marks another important milestone in empowering youth and women to establish profitable and sustainable aquaculture enterprises.

The journey continues as we work together towards increased production, improved livelihoods and stronger market opportunities.

Congratulations to the 94 youth and women who successfully completed the three-day aquaculture training in 3 sessions. The participants have strengthened their understanding of sustainable fish farming while preparing to apply their new knowledge in their own communities.

With the support from the Youth Empowerment Fund (YEF), Extra-Think Innovations is conducting fish farmers training in Nkhotakota district, an initiative that aims to improve the aquaculture skills for young people and women in our fish farming community to improve the quality and quantity of their harvests
