It looks like this.

At Supreme, we don’t just produce menstrual pads.
We create opportunities for women to earn,
for girls to stay in school,
for communities to break the stigma,
and build long term solutions.

This isn’t charity. It’s change — designed, stitched, and carried forward by women themselves.

Supreme were delighted to be in Ruarwe this week. We started with a facilitator training with members of NYM and Mother Groups from the surrounding schools. These new facilitators would be leading our upcoming sessions to deliver reusable pads and school item packs to students.

Hi, I’m Jack 👋
I’m spending my summer in Malawi with Supreme Sanitary Pads—a local social enterprise that creates reusable pads to help girls stay in school and live with confidence.
The three weeks have already taught me how much heart goes into each stitch, and how much dignity something so simple can bring.
I’ll be sharing what I learn here — from daily moments in the field to the stories behind each pad.

The Supreme team led interactive sessions on menstruation, puberty and gender, while our special art facilitator Frank (from ) guided the creative workshops based on the theme 'Free Periods for All'.
