This Monday, Dreamcatchers Foundation is pleased to spotlight Andrew Mischek Mnyimbiri, a student at Blantyre International University, pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

Andrew is currently undertaking his internship with Dreamcatchers Foundation, where he is gaining practical experience, strengthening his professional skills, and contributing to our work in empowering young people and transforming communities.

CHENDASI TEAM | TEAM BUILDING & REFLECTION SESSION

Today, our Chendasi team in Nkhata Bay came together for a meaningful Team Building and Reflection Session focused on strengthening teamwork, improving communication, and reflecting on how best we can continue serving the communities we work with.

As an organization committed to empowering young people and supporting rural and underserved communities, the session provided an opportunity for our team to reflect on our work, share ideas, identify areas for improvement, and explore how we can better respond to the needs and opportunities of the communities we serve.

We were also pleased to have Mr. Longwe, Chairperson of Thula Area Development Committee (ADC), join us for the session. His participation provided valuable community perspectives and strengthened the connection between our work and the priorities of the communities we serve.

Together, we reflect. Together, we improve. Together, we serve our communities better.

Today, the Dreamcatchers Foundation team came together for a meaningful Team Building and Reflection Session focused on strengthening teamwork, improving communication, and reflecting on how we can continue working together effectively to serve the communities at the heart of our mission.

The session provided an opportunity for our team to connect, share ideas, learn from one another, and reflect on the importance of collaboration, leadership, innovation, and community engagement.

We were also privileged to have Mr. Timothy Mwale, Executive Director of Orphans of Africa Foundation, join us for the session. His presence and insights added great value to our reflections and provided an opportunity for meaningful learning and knowledge sharing.

We also took the opportunity to celebrate and bid farewell to our Industrial Practical Training (IPTR) students, who successfully completed their placement with Dreamcatchers Foundation. We sincerely appreciate their commitment, contribution, and willingness to learn throughout their time with us.
