💉❤️ PROTECTING OUR CHILDREN, ONE VACCINE AT A TIME!

Today at Graziano ECD Center, our children joined the nationwide Measles-Rubella Supplementary Vaccination Campaign, receiving their vaccines as part of the ongoing effort to protect children from preventable diseases. 👧🏽👦🏽💉

We are proud to see our ECD centres playing their part in promoting healthy, protected, and thriving children. Because every child deserves a healthy start and the opportunity to grow, learn, and reach their full potential. 🌱❤️

Let’s protect our children. Let’s keep them healthy. Let’s give them the best start in life.

A LEGACY OF SERVICE, A FUTURE OF IMPACT! 📚✨

Retired Kwirembe Zone Primary Education Advisor (PEA), Madam Agnes Nkali, had these words to share as she reflected on the work of NACC Innovations in Primary Education (IPE) Project, funded by the Cotswold Foundation. From Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for teachers to learner quizzes and other activities, the project supported teachers and learners to strengthen teaching and learning.
Madam Nkali encouraged teachers to put the skills gained into practice and PEAs to continue providing effective supervision and monitoring.

At NACC, we truly enjoyed working with Madam Nkali. Her availability, dedication, support, and expertise played an important role in the success of the IPE project in Kwirembe Zone. 👏🏽
As she begins her retirement, we wish her a happy, fulfilling, and well-deserved new chapter. Her contribution to teachers, learners, and the education sector will remain part of her lasting legacy. 💙🌱

🎓 DON’T SKIP A STEP—KEEP GIRLS IN SCHOOL! 🌱✨
Every girl deserves the chance to climb every step of her journey, from education to a career, love, and a fulfilling future. But keeping girls in school is not the responsibility of girls alone.

Parents and guardians must provide support and encouragement. Schools must create safe and supportive learning environments. Communities must challenge harmful practices that push girls out of school. And duty-bearers and other responsible stakeholders must create opportunities and systems that allow girls to stay, learn, and thrive.
To every girl: Stay in school. Your education is a foundation for the future you deserve. ❤️📚
Let’s not ask girls to climb alone. Let’s make sure every step is there for them.

🎶 JUST ANOTHER DAY OF LEARNING AT MCHENGAWÉDE CBCC! 💃🕺👧🏽👦🏽

At Mchengawéde CBCC, children learn, play, sing and dance—and these joyful moments are much more than just entertainment! ❤️

Songs and dance are powerful ECD learning tools. They help children develop coordination and motor skills, language, memory, confidence, self-expression, social interaction and teamwork, while making learning enjoyable and engaging.

This approach is also in line with Malawi’s National Policy on Early Childhood Development, which promotes child stimulation, early learning, play, participation and social interaction as part of holistic child development. The policy also recognizes that children learn through active exploration, play and social interactions.

So, when you see children singing and dancing at an ECD centre, remember: they are playing, but they are also learning, growing and developing. 🌱💜
