Today, ActionAid Malawi proudly participated in the Youth Innovation Exchange Visit organized by the European Union Youth Sounding Board (EU-YSB) Malawi in collaboration with the African Data and Drone Academy (ADDA) at the Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST).
The event brought together youth leaders, innovators, and youth-serving organizations to exchange ideas and strengthen partnerships under the theme “Inspiring Change through Ideas.” It served as a platform for young people to connect with policymakers, academia, and the private sector to advance a youth-driven innovation ecosystem in Malawi.
As one of the key exhibitors, ActionAid Malawi showcased its transformative youth-focused initiatives under the Global Platform Malawi, Young Urban Women’s programme, and Local Rights Programme (LRP); all promoting community resilience, social justice, and youth participation.
Through its participation, ActionAid Malawi demonstrated and reaffirmed its commitment to empowering young people as changemakers and contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by nurturing innovation, equality, and social transformation for a just, inclusive, and sustainable future.
