As youth, we believe these bylaws will play a vital role in building a more productive society by strengthening sanitation, supporting education, and promoting positive social norms.

Together, we look forward to contributing to safer, cleaner, and more responsible communities.

Youth leaders, parents and community members, let’s come together to support our young people

The Adolescent Youth Club Formation is happening across all 15 wards of Mzuzu City, and we invite you to take part by bringing adolescents, informing out-of-school youth, and encouraging participation in your communities.

These clubs will create safe and inclusive spaces where young people can learn life skills, build confidence, and stay away from risky behaviours. Your support can make a real difference in shaping a safer and brighter future for our youth.

Please help us spread the word, mobilise adolescents in your area, and join the sessions happening on 4th–5th May 2026. Together, we can empower the next generation.

Mzuzu City Youth Network today joined Migration and Society Organisation for a Child Labour and Human Trafficking Awareness Session at Kang’ona starting at 2:00 PM.

The activity brought together 30 young people from different youth clubs, including Kang’ona Youth Club, Area 1B Youth Club, YAM, Kwithu Youth Club, and Nkholongo Youth Club. Many young people are victims of child labour and human trafficking, yet these cases often go unreported due to a lack of awareness. This session aimed to educate, empower, and equip youths with the knowledge to recognize, prevent, and report such cases in their communities.

During the session, Mzuzu City Youth Network also shared an exciting upcoming initiative the establishment of an Adolescent Youth Club, which will begin next week. Young people were encouraged to actively participate and contribute to this project, whose goal is to empower youths, promote positive behaviour, and build safer communities.

Together, we continue to raise awareness, strengthen youth leadership, and create positive change.
