My beloved people of Mzimba East, and fellow Malawians,

On this solemn Good Friday, we are reminded of the ultimate sacrifice of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. His love, His humility, and His willingness to lay down His life for the redemption of humanity.

Easter is not just a season; it is a powerful reminder that even in moments of pain, suffering, and uncertainty, hope is never lost. From the cross came salvation, and from the grave came victory.

As a mother and your representative, I encourage us all to draw lessons of love, resilience, forgiveness, and unity during this sacred time. Let us care for one another, stand together as one people, and renew our faith in better days ahead.

May this Easter season bring peace to our homes, strength to our hearts, and renewed hope for Mzimba East and our beloved Malawi.
