To the Malawi Electoral Commission Chairperson Hon. Justice Annabel Mtalimanja,

Heartfelt congratulations on successfully presiding over the General Elections. Leading such a complex and critical national process with excellence is a tremendous achievement and a true testament to your leadership, integrity, and dedication. The nation owes you a debt of gratitude for your service in upholding our democratic process.

It is especially inspiring that this exemplary leadership is demonstrated by a woman who is also a champion for women's empowerment through her role as a member of Rights Advice Centres (RAC) Board of Trustees. She is not just leading an institution; she is living the very mission we champion. Her success is a powerful beacon for women and girls across the country, proving that women are more than capable of steering the most important national endeavors with distinction.
