Smile Mums Foundation, we believe that every pregnant mother deserves access to quality healthcare and compassionate social support. Our mission is to reduce maternal mortality and improve newborn survival rates by addressing both medical and nutritional needs during pregnancy. We provide essential prenatal checkups, health education, and referrals to ensure safe pregnancies and deliveries.

Nutritious Porridge Flour Distribution, our specially formulated porridge flour is rich in nutrients that support: Maternal health and strength, Fetal development and birth outcomes.Community Support and Education .Promote healthy pregnancy practices Encourage facility-based deliveries and reduce stigma and isolation.
