We successfully concluded the Reach out to Girls Mentorship Programme with a thought-provoking session on "Exploring Opportunities Through Digital Tools." The discussion highlighted how digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and AI-powered tools are transforming access to scholarships, internships, careers, and global opportunities. Our panelists(Sarah Khudze, Tadala Faith, and Caroline Ng'oma) shared their personal journeys and emphasized the importance of research, networking, persistence, and leveraging digital tools to identify and pursue opportunities. They encouraged young people to start early, build meaningful connections, seek guidance from those who have gone before them, and remain resilient in the face of challenges and rejection. As we celebrate the completion of this mentorship journey, we are proud of the growth demonstrated by our mentees and look forward to seeing them apply the knowledge, skills, and confidence gained throughout the programme to create positive impact in their communities and beyond.

Behind every smile, many girls and women are silently fighting battles that come with menstruation. 💔🌸

Reading your comments touched our hearts deeply. The fear of the pain before a period starts, the sleepless nights, the cramps, the discomfort, the emotional exhaustion — it reminded us that women truly go through so much, often in silence.

Yet through all this pain, women continue showing up. They continue studying, working, caring for others, chasing dreams, and smiling through moments that are incredibly difficult. That strength deserves to be seen, heard, and appreciated. 🩷

Today, we embrace every girl and woman navigating this journey. Your pain is real. Your feelings are valid. And you are not alone.

Let’s continue creating safe spaces where girls and women can speak openly about menstruation without shame or fear. 🌷
