The association works to engage, represent, service and inspire young and new water sector professionals employees at LWB:


• Provide further education and skill enhancement through identifying specialists to conduct trainings, fellowships and educational workshops.

• Mentoring upcoming professionals with interest in the water field.

• To provide Forum for YWPS to meet, network, communicate an

d discuss issues pertaining to management of Water and Sanitation.

• To identify interdisciplinary discussions through which Young Water Professionals (YWPs) can discuss and exchange information.
