2. Kusowa thandizo pa zaumoyo wa maganizo: Matenda a maganizo monga kusowa mtima kapena nkhawa nthawi zina samatithandizidwa chifukwa cha kusowa chidziwitso kapena chifukwa cha kupezeka kwa anthu odziwa za matendawa.

3. Mavuto okhudzana ndi ubale ndi banja: Mavuto monga mikangano ya m’banja, kusiyana kwa banja, kapena kuthandiza kwambiri m’banja kumakhudza kwambiri maganizo a munthu.

4. Kuyembekezera kwa anthu: Makhalidwe a kuti amuna akhale olimba komanso okhoza kuthandiza banja kumawathandiza kuti asalankhule za mavuto awo kapena kufunafuna thandizo.

5. Kugwiritsa ntchito mankhwala ovulaza: Kunywa mowa kwambiri kapena kugwiritsa ntchito mankhwala ovulaza kumawonjezera chiopsezo cha kuchita zinthu mopanda nzeru.

1. Economic Hardships: High unemployment, poverty, and financial pressures can cause stress and feelings of hopelessness.

2. Mental Health Stigma: Mental health issues like depression or anxiety often go untreated because of stigma, lack of awareness, or limited access to professional help.

3. Relationship and Family Issues: Problems such as marital conflicts, divorce, or family pressures can deeply affect mental well-being.

Kalata yomwe undunawu yatulutsa usiku yati, anthu asadenkhawa.

Malingana ndi uthenga wa World Health Organisation (WHO) nthendayi ndiyopatsilana kudzera mu kukhudzana ndi munthu yemwe ali ndi nthendayi, komanso anthu amene ali ndi abwezi ambiri ogonana nawo ali pachiopsezo.

3. Ufulu wa Kufanana Pamaso pa Lamulo

Anthu onse ndi ofanana pamaso pa malamulo. Palibe kusiyana kutengera mtundu, jenda, chipembedzo, kapena chilankhulo.

4. Ufulu Wolemekezedwa (Dignity)
