OUR CONVENING ROLE
At Oxfam, we believe that no one actor (in development work) can easily generate enough insights and action on a topic and if there are many players working towards that same goal, there is no point competing if working together can easily and quickly bring about the intended result. Oxfam in Malawi therefore wishes to assume the convening role by bringing together disparate and multiple actors all in an effort to bring about the desired systemic change.

📣 Join the Conversation on Youth SRHR!

Oxfam Malawi programme is proud to be part of the SRHR Action Dialogue: HEFL & The Youth, happening today, 16th May 2026 in Mzuzu City, Malawi.

This important dialogue brings together key stakeholders to engage, empower, and invest in young people’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), because shaping a sustainable future starts with informed and empowered youth.

At Oxfam, we believe that young people must be at the center of decisions that affect their bodies, their futures, and their communities. We are excited to contribute to this meaningful conversation and amplify youth voices.
