We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support from Footprints 2 Africa. Living in a small country with limited resources often makes acquiring critical medical supplies, like colostomy bags, a significant challenge. Before receiving aid, this patient from Blantyre, Malawi, had to rely on plastic bags - a unsafe practice that posed severe health risks. Thanks to Footprints 2 Africa’s timely intervention, we can now provide him with safe, essential supplies on a monthly basis.

The wait is officially over! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that our long-awaited shipment of colostomy bags and ostomy supplies has safely arrived home in Lilongwe! 📦💙

Our team is currently sorting through the shipment to get everything organized. Over the next few days, we will begin reaching out to our beneficiaries and resuming registration for new individuals in need of support.

This life-changing delivery would not have been possible without incredible teamwork: Special thanks to Footprints 2 Africa for this remarkably generous donation to the people of Malawi. Special thanks to Starfish Malawi for ensuring these essential supplies made it home safely.

We were honored to participate in the 2nd Cancer Summit hosted by Kamuzu Central Hospital at BICC in Lilongwe. Our institution was represented by Chairperson Mr. Mathews Mizati who was one of the panelist detailing our efforts in Community Engagement and Awareness, and by Patient Advocate Mrs. Brenda Kapalasa.

This event underscored the significant progress Malawi is making in the fight against all cancers, particularly with the recent launch of the National Cancer Center and its provision of vital Radiotherapy servic
