Some days you’re building strength. Some days you’re protecting your peace. Either way, showing up for yourself is a win.
Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. Keep moving, keep growing, and keep choosing you.

This Men’s Mental Health Month, as Mental Health Matters and MotoUnandi we were honored to join MBC2 on the Go in discussing the realities many men face every day.
Behind the words “I’m fine” are often silent battles with stress, anxiety, depression, financial pressure, grief, and loneliness. Too many men suffer in silence because they fear being judged, misunderstood, or seen as weak.
Every man deserves a safe space to speak, be heard, and seek support. Healing begins when conversations begin.
Let’s continue breaking the stigma, one conversation at a time.
Real strength is asking for help.
 Real courage is speaking up.
 Mental health matters.

If I had the opportunity to talk to the president of Malawi, what would I tell him? 🤔 Let's talk about this issue during Mens Health awareness month.

This Men’s Mental Health Month, in collaboration with Rugare Mental Health Organization, we’re creating space for men to have real conversations around wealth and wellness.

Mental health and financial well-being often sit side by side, shaping how men show up in their lives, yet they’re rarely spoken about together. This gathering brings both into one room, a chance to slow down, reflect, and have honest conversations about life, pressure, purpose, and livelihood.

It will be an interactive space with different speakers, open dialogue, and moments to share and learn from each other.

We’ll be at , Area 47 Sector 4, on 27 June.

More details to follow soon. For now, save the date and plan to come through. 💜💚

was proud to be part of the 2026, held under the theme “Strengthening Malawi’s Social Impact Ecosystem for a Resilient and Self-Sustaining Future.”

The forum brought together Civil Society Organisations, Government, NGOs, and the Private Sector to discuss sustainable development and social impact in Malawi.

Our key takeaway was simple: meaningful change happens through collaboration. True to the spirit of Umunthu “I am because we are”. Organizations can achieve greater impact by working together rather than in isolation.

We look forward to the positive outcomes that will emerge from these important conversations.

We had the wonderful opportunity to have a conversation around Men's Mental Health Month with Zodiak Online. One thing that we got out of this discussion is that we must continue to spread awareness about the issues men are facing and we must create supportive environments in our homes, schools and communities for men to open up and not feel judged.
We continue to offer support for all men who want counselling during this Mens Health Awareness month. Feel free to reach out to us on 0880 14 76 23.
