A Beautiful Goodbye.

And just like that… our YESS journey has come to an end. 🥹💙

We had a beautiful send-off filled with laughter, memories, appreciation, and a few emotional moments.

From arriving as strangers to building friendships, sharing cultures, learning, growing, and creating unforgettable memories together, this experience has truly been special. 🌍✨

Thank you, Malawi, for making this journey one to remember. Until we meet again! 🇲🇼❤️

✨ From Action to Impact 📸

As a professional responsible for communications, I had the opportunity to tell the MAGGA's story through photos, videos, and social media posts. Every activity, challenge, and achievement deserves to be shared.

This experience strengthened my creativity, communication skills, and ability to showcase the impact of our work. 💙🌍

Behind every successful activity is good financial management. 📊💰
As a professional responsible for accounting, I contributed to monitoring and managing the resources related to our activities. This responsibility taught me the importance of accuracy, organization, transparency and financial accountability. Every number represents part of our work and helps turn our goals into concrete results. 🌍✨
Manage responsibly, serve with integrity and create impact.

From Goals to Impact! | 🌍💙

Six months of learning, serving, creating and growing through the YESS Exchange. 🇬🇭🇲🇬🇿🇼🇲🇼
This video is more than numbers—it is about the people reached, the skills shared, the challenges overcome, and the impact created.

Every challenge became an opportunity, every activity a lesson, and every partnership a step toward positive change. 💪🏾✨

This is our YESS journey: from commitment to impact! 🌍

From learning to opportunity. ✂️✨*

Every stitch tells a story, every creation represents a skill gained, and every skill can become an opportunity. 💜

Through my PDVP in tailoring, I learned, practiced, and developed my skills with passion and determination. Today, I no longer just see fabric: I see an idea, a creation, and a chance to build my own income.

My goal is to turn this skill into an income-generating activity and to strengthen my employability. Because learning is good… but turning what you learn into impact is even better. 🌱✂️

Investing in herself, one skill at a time. 💜

Her PDVP journey in Hair Braiding, Makeup & Nail Technology was a beautiful part of her exchange experience. She gained practical skills that she can continue developing even after the exchange, and she’s excited to take them back home, build her clientele, and hopefully turn her creativity and skills into a source of income. 💇🏽‍♀️💄💅🏽✨

✨ Turning Skills into Opportunities ✨

As part of her Personal Development Vocational Project (PDVP), Ramula chose to develop her skills in Hairdressing and Cosmetology. 💇🏾‍♀️💅🏾

Through this experience, she gained practical skills and discovered new ways to express her creativity. ❤️

These skills will not only benefit her personally but will also create an opportunity to start an income-generating business when she returns home. 💪🏾✨

✨ From Learning to Earning ✨

Crochet has taught me more than just creating beautiful handmade items. Through my PDVP journey, I developed patience, creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills. These skills not only help me produce quality work but also prepare me for employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Every stitch represents growth, confidence, and the potential to turn a skill into income. 🧶💜
