Our visit to New Dawn Private School was incredible. The YESS Girls introduced Girl Guiding to the students and talked about the Guide Motto, Laws, and Promise, as well as some of the opportunities gained from becoming a Guide.

We also had another session on Menstrual Hygiene, where the students actively participated and shared their thoughts.

Today, we had a wonderful visit to Kabwabwa Primary School, where we interacted with both Girl Guides and new recruits. During the session, we refreshed their understanding of the guiding principles, including the motto, promise, and Guide Laws.

We also facilitated advocacy sessions focused on stress management and self-advocacy. To make the session lively and enjoyable, we engaged the girls in energizers and interactive activities.
Overall, it was an impactful, fun-filled, and engaging experience.

Girls at Chipasula Secondary School empowered.
Through advocacy, 204 girls were encouraged to speak up and take action on the challenges they face. We also explored stress management through Career Bridger, and introduced them to the YOMA platform for more opportunities ahead.
