UNDETECTABLE = UNTRANSMITTABLE

When taken as prescribed, HIV medications can decrease the amount of HIV present in a person's blood, or "HIV viral load", to be too low to measure. This is called being undetectable. Being undetectable prevents HIV disease from progressing and allows people to live long and healthy lives. It also protects the health of their s*x partners.

People cannot pass HIV through s*x when they have undetectable levels of HIV. This prevention method is estimated to be 100% effective as long as the person living with HIV takes their medication as prescribed and gets and stays undetectable. This concept known as Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U).

How it works

Become undetectable. This can take up to 6 months after starting HIV medication. Your health care provider will perform blood tests and let you know when you're undetectable.

Stay undetectable. Get a second undetectable test result at least 6 months after the first. Continue to take your HIV medications daily and visit your health care provider regularly. They will monitor your blood tests to make sure you’re still undetectable

Women can experience pain during or after s*x, either in the va**na or deeper in the pelvis. Pain in the va**na could be caused by: an infection – thrush or a s*xually transmitted infection (STI), such as chlamydia, gonorrhoea or ge***al herpes. The menopause – changing hormone levels can make your va**na dry.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE U R DATING THE WRONG PERSON...✍

1. TAKE YOUR TIME BEFORE COMING TO A CONCLUSION...
Don't be quick to throw away your relationship. Take some time to interrogate the feeling.

2. CHECK IF YOU ARE ENTERTAINING A DISTRACTION...
Check if there is someone new making you compare your spouse and them. Remember that someone new is always thrilling, shining and attractive. Your spouse was once someone new.

3. KNOW THAT FEELINGS ARE FICKLE...
Don't always rely on feelings. Feelings change and are fluid. Relationship and love is not a feeling but a commitment.

4. KNOW THAT MANY PEOPLE IN RELATIONSHIP HAVE FELT THE WAY YOU DO...
Know that for many couples they have been at the feeling where you are especially when the commitment is demanding and frustrating. It is just a season, it will pass.

5 TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR CHOICE...
No one forced you to fall in love , step up and honour your decision. Don't turn yourself into a double-minded adult.

6.SEE THINGS FROM YOUR SPOUSE'S PERSPECTIVE...
Many things are difficult in your relationship because you are only seeing things from your perspective and being sensitive to your spouse and failing to see where your spouse is coming from. Relationship thrives when you stop thinking only about yourself.

7.CHECK IF YOU ARE ENTERTAINING MANY VOICES...
When you get various advice from different people with differing values, upbringing, agendas, experiences, and outlooks; you can easily get confused and begin to doubt your spouse. Be careful who you listen to.

8.CHECK IF YOU ARE A QUITTER...
If in the past you had a habit of getting bored easily and quitting relationships, friendships or jobs; find out if your quitting ways are the problem, not your spouse. Maybe your commitment level is weak and needs working on.✅📌💯❤️

DO NOT FORCE WHAT YOU ARE NOT GIVEN!

Most marriages/relationships crumble today because some men/women are into marriages/relationships with someone they're not given but forced.

You'll see them trying everything they can to make the relationship/marriage work but to no avail.

They'll try to make their partner happy and appreciative, but instead, things are becoming worst and they end up being hurt.

They'll even deny themselves some joy, and try to please their partners but things still won't just work out the way they want it.

When your relationship/marriage doesn't work out the way you want it, don't force it! Calm yourself down and try to find out if you're with the right person. Try to find out if your partner is given to you from above.

The Bible says, ✝ James 1:17

"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning."

From the above passage of the Holy Bible, when you're with the GIFT (man/woman) given to you from above, you don't need extra effort to love, be submissive,to succeed and be happy.

When your partner is given to you, you don't need to go extra mile or work harder before things turn out to work in your favor.

Remember, fishes don't struggle to swim in the river, they do it without stress. It's a natural thing for them in a natural environment! You can also flow with your God given partner without stress or struggles. It's natural too!

There's actually nothing you can do to please who is not pleased with you or to keep who does not want to be kept by you!

Learn to be with who is ready to be with you and save yourself some stress of pleasing everyone, all in the name of proving a point or feel wanted.

All you need to do, is...

🔹Be yourself!

🔹Be kind to yourself and everyone that comes around you!

🔹Love, Worship and Serve God wholeheartedly, and he'll grant you your heart desires, and give you your man/woman in due season.
