MAEVE Project & Energising Development (EnDev) Partnership: Advancing Universal Energy Access in Malawi
MAEVE Project is proud to partner with the Energising Development (EnDev) Programme in supporting Malawi’s transition towards universal access to clean, affordable and sustainable energy.
Through this partnership, MAEVE has supported over 17 private-sector solar companies with business and market development, helping strengthen the clean energy market, expand distribution networks, improve customer outreach and create greater access to off-grid solar solutions across Malawi. ☀️
MAEVE has also been at the forefront of promoting clean cooking technologies, including the Chitetezo Mbaula, as a cost-effective and accessible solution for households transitioning from traditional cooking practices. Through market development, awareness campaigns and private-sector engagement, MAEVE has helped take clean cooking solutions closer to communities across districts in Malawi.
As Malawi works towards universal energy access, MAEVE remains committed to working with government, development partners and the private sector to ensure that no community is left behind whether through off-grid solar, clean cooking, productive use of energy or innovative energy solutions.
