Wisdom Creations Charity – Reflecting on Our Journey (July 2017)
In July 2017, Wisdom Creations Charity took an important step forward. Our very first charity shop in Malawi was temporarily set up in my mother's garage. As the CEO of Wisdom Creations, I was determined to turn a vision into reality. I have always believed that if I can picture something in my mind, I will work hard until it becomes real.
I am truly grateful to my amazing team, whose dedication I will never forget. Thank you to my baby sister, Cathy, for your support, to Emmanuel, the Director of Wisdom Creations, and to my baby sister Pachalo, our accountant. Your commitment has helped bring this vision to life.
Above all, I thank God for my beautiful Queen—my mother. She understood the charitable mission God placed on my heart and generously allowed us to use her garage as the home of our first charity shop. I don't just love my mother—I adore her. In my prayers, I always ask God to continue blessing and protecting her because she has been a blessing to so many people.
The charity shop was only meant to be temporary, allowing us to see how far the idea could grow. It served the community for a few years and showed that faith, love, and determination can create something meaningful. Although Wisdom Creations is still looking for a permanent location, I have learned not to rush. I believe that good things take time, and I want to produce lasting fruit.
People often ask me what inspired me to register Wisdom Creations. My answer is simple: pure faith. I trusted God with the vision, and He helped it become reality.
That is also why I continue to work hard to build the Lady Rach brand. My goal is for Lady Rach to help fund the work of Wisdom Creations, allowing the charity to continue reaching and supporting more people. Some of our plans are currently on hold, but I know they will happen at the right time. Patience is part of the journey.
I thank God for trusting me with this assignment. Every step reminds me that faith without action cannot fulfil a vision. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve others, and I pray that God continues to use me for His glory.
