We are still celebrating the girl child over here! We would like to congratulate our Executive Director Immaculate Chawanda for being selected as one of the young people to join the European Union in Malawi 🇲🇼 🇪🇺 as a Youth Sounding Board member (YSB). This board consists of 15 Young Leaders who will be representing all Young people in Malawi
Under the EU for the next two years. In summary the Board will :
1. Advise the EU Ambassador and the EU Delegation on the design and implementation of development cooperation initiatives, specifically focusing on their impact on youth.
2. Contribute to the monitoring of EU projects by participating in field visits and interacting with implementing partners and beneficiaries.
3. Support the EU Ambassador and the EU Delegation in organizing activities that address young people and increase outreach and dialogue with Malawian youth.

This is a very good opportunity for Validus Circle and Wishing Immaculate all the best!

We are still celebrating girls over here! Validus Circle partnered with and Her4her in celebration of international day of the girl child. We had an awareness activity with Adziwa Orphanage and Adziwa school on how girls can be empowered and how the male gender can play a role in supporting girls.
