Our team is out in the field this week!

The Mudzi Connect team is hard at work conducting on-the-ground project assessments, meeting communities, gathering insights, and making sure our work is creating real, lasting impact where it matters most.

Every visit helps us understand the needs of the people we serve and ensures our projects are on track to deliver meaningful change. From conversations with community members to reviewing plans on the ground; this is where the real work happens.

Stay tuned for updates as we bring you stories and findings from the field. Together, we build stronger communities.

Community foundations are at the heart of strengthening local philanthropy ecosystems. A few weeks ago, networks from Malawi and Zimbabwe came together for a learning exchange, a convening focused on collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and building trust across borders.

The discussions highlighted how community foundations can:
• Amplify local giving by inspiring confidence and transparency.
• Strengthen networks that connect grassroots initiatives with broader systems of support.
• Shape resilient ecosystems where philanthropy is rooted in community voice and leadership.

This convening was not just about exchanging ideas; it was about envisioning a future where African philanthropy is vibrant, sustainable, and community-driven.
