This month marked another milestone in our Climate Justice campaign.

We're honored to share that Hon. Tiaone Hendry, Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on Natural Resources, Energy and Climate Change, officially presented our Climate Justice Petition to the August House at the National Assembly.

To every young person, CSO, community member, and partner who stood with us during the Climate Justice March and contributed to this petition โ€” this milestone belongs to you. Your voice has reached the highest legislative platform in the country.
Let's keep fighting for Climate Justice. ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ผ โœŠ

62 years of independence, and a future we're still building.
Made possible by those who fought, sacrificed, and dared to dream of a free Malawi. Today we honor them, and recommit to building the cleaner, greener, more resilient cities they envisioned.

Happy Independence Day, Malawi! ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ผ๐Ÿ’š

One of the most inspiring moments from our Waste to Art Initiative was seeing students transform waste into powerful works of artโ€”each piece carrying a unique message and purpose.

What stood out most was not just their creativity, but their ability to explain the deeper meaning behind their crafts. Through their artwork, they demonstrated a clear understanding of the waste problem, its impact on our environment, and the role they can play in addressing it.

When young people can turn waste into meaningful stories and solutions, it is clear that they are not just learning about changeโ€”they are becoming part of it. โ™ป๏ธ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ’š

Waste doesn't apply for art school. These students proved it doesn't need to.

Step into what's left when young hands decide "waste" was never the final word.

Kasiya was up for a challenge! They picked it up as waste. They're walked out with art. ๐Ÿ‘€โœจ

Only creative minds can turn a pile of "rubbish" into wall-hanging and earrings that could easily sit in a boutique. Swipe to see the glow-up and our moto in action.
Reduce, Reuse, Reimagine!

You came to school with trash and left with a masterpiece. ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธโžก๏ธ๐ŸŽจ

Last Saturday, Kasiya CDSS just proved that one person's waste is literally another's work of art. Our students didn't just learn about waste management ,they became the solution using their creative minds. Did you see the glow-up?๐Ÿ‘€

For us and Kasiya, the aim still remains the same:
Reduce, Reuse and Reimagine what you can do with that piece of waste.

Happy new week leaders!๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ’š

The awareness is done. The challenge is on!๐Ÿ”ฅ

Today, Kasiya Community Day Secondary School steps into the Waste to Art arena, where discarded materials become works of creativity, innovation, and purpose.

Likuni impressed us. Lilongwe Girls inspired us. What will Kasiya bring to the table? ๐Ÿ‘€๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ”ฅ
