Patrick Zhou shared the gift of life with our Amitofo Care Centre Lilongwe students — imparting the noble arts of the Heimlich manoeuvre and CPR. His teaching was not merely of technique, but of compassion, courage, and the sacred duty to protect one another.
今日周會長於利隆圭阿彌陀佛關懷中心，傳授海姆立克法與心肺復甦術，非惟術也，乃仁心與勇氣之教，護生之責也。

The students listened with bright eyes and eager hearts; laughter mingled with learning, and every gesture became a promise — that knowledge shall serve life.
學生目光炯炯，心懷熱誠；笑語與學習交融，舉手投足，皆為護生之諾。

To learn these skills is to hold the power to save — to free the breath of one who chokes, to rekindle the heartbeat of one who falters, and to stand as hope when seconds matter most.
習此術者，握救命之力；能解噎塞，能復心息，能於危急之際，化身希望。

Thus, the day ended not in mere instruction, but in inspiration — for every student departed knowing that kindness, when armed with knowledge, becomes life itself.
是日之課，終非教誨而已，乃啟迪也；眾生離席，皆知仁心與智慧並行，即生命之光。

Patrick Zhou enlightened our Amitofo Care Centre Lilongwe staff on the noble arts of the Heimlich manoeuvre and CPR — skills that guard life itself. With wisdom and warmth, he showed that in moments of peril, knowledge becomes salvation.
周會長於利隆圭阿彌陀佛關懷中心，教導眾職員海姆立克法與心肺復甦術，乃護生之術。危急之時，知識即救命。

The session was not only instructive but joyous; laughter mingled with learning, and every heart felt the bond of shared purpose.
課程不惟教益，亦充滿歡愉；笑語與學習並行，眾心同契。

To master these skills is to hold a key to life — preventing choking, reviving breath, and granting precious time until help arrives.
習此術者，握生之鑰；能解噎塞，能復呼吸，能延時至援。

Thus we departed not only with knowledge, but with confidence, courage, and the joy of knowing we can protect one another.
是以眾人所獲，不獨知識，亦有信心與勇氣，且喜能互護。

Upon this day, within the school’s gentle grounds, our young learners — tender souls of nine years and below — received the safeguard of the measles vaccine, a shield wrought by science and compassion.
是日於校園，九歲以下稚子，皆受麻疹之疫苗，仁心與醫術所鑄之護盾。

The physicians and caretakers, with steady hands and noble intent, bestowed health’s blessing, that childhood may flourish untroubled by affliction.
醫者與師者，手安心誠，施健康之福，使童年無憂於疾。

Each child, with courage bright, became part of a greater tale — a tale wherein the guardians of learning stand also as guardians of life.
童子皆勇，融入大義之篇；校者不惟授知，亦為護生。

For we labour not merely in the service of knowledge, but in the preservation of health, that the laughter of youth may echo long and true.
吾輩之事，不獨傳道授業，亦護其康健，使童笑悠長而真。

This Mid‑Autumn, dumplings became our moon, and unity was our feast.

“In distant lands, we fashion dumplings as tokens of love.”
身在異域，以水餃寄心意。

“Each morsel bears the spirit of Mid‑Autumn, binding hearts together.”
一餃一心，凝聚中秋之情。

“Children and caretakers taste not mere food, but the warmth of family.”
孩童與褓姆，嚐者非食，乃家之溫。

🌾 “Where compassion soweth, gratitude bloometh.”
仁心所施，眾善所聚。

On 19 September 2026, the ACCL team bestowed 50 parcels of kindness upon Nthathwe CBO in Lilongwe M’bang’ombe, each parcel laden with sugar, salt, maize, cooking oil, soap, and belts — and K 1,000 for maize milling to every family.
九月十九日，ACCL團隊捐贈五十份糧食與生活物資於利隆圭孟邦翁貝之恩他思社，並賜每戶一千克瓦查以磨玉米。

The medical department, with gentle hands, tended the weary — easing pains of body and spirit alike. Though malaria tests were hindered by scarce medicine, healing was offered through indomethacin, paracetamol, amoxicillin, azithromycin, buffen, flagyl, magnesium trisilicate, and care beyond measure.
醫療部仁心施治，診視眾疾，雖瘧藥匱乏，仍以印多美辛、撲熱息痛、阿莫西林、阿奇黴素、布芬、甲硝唑、三矽酸鎂等藥濟人。

At last, the CBO chairman and the chiefs’ envoy lifted words of thanks to Amitofo Care Centre, whose timely aid brought solace to the hearts of Lilongwe Rural West.
終由社長與酋長代表致謝於阿彌陀佛關懷中心，感其及時之恩惠，慰利隆圭西鄉之民心。

A New Term Begins｜新學期，再啟程

Our children have returned from their home visits, and the quiet of the compound has once again given way to youthful laughter and life.
學子歸家既返，校園復聞笑語，青春之氣，再盈院中。

A new term begins—not merely with books and lessons, but with the care that surrounds every child.
新學期之始，非獨授業解惑，更以慈心護其成長。

We do not neglect our duties; we uphold them with greater purpose.
吾等不敢懈怠本分，反益自勉，以責任守護初心。

From nourishing meals and dental checks, to activities that keep young minds engaged within the compound, every little detail matters.
飲食以養其身，齒科以護其健康，院內活動以啟其心智；凡此細節，皆不可輕。

And as familiar footsteps return, new visitors also arrive—bringing new faces, new stories, and new connections into our home.
故人足音既續，新客亦來；面容雖新，故事相逢，情誼由此而生。

Here, education extends beyond the classroom. It is found in discipline, in care, in joy, and in the simple rhythm of everyday life.
於此，教育不止於課堂，亦見於紀律、關懷、歡樂，以及日常點滴之中。

A new term, a renewed purpose. One child at a time, one day at a time.
新學期，新初心；一子一日，篤行不輟。

Director Eileen brought the ACC Lilongwe Percussion Ensemble Young Talents to Kukuye Amusement Park, sharing their music while helping to bring greater vibrancy and footfall to the park.
Eileen院長率ACC利隆圭打擊樂團青年才俊蒞臨Kukuye遊樂園，以樂聚眾，為園增添生氣。

After the performance, our young musicians were given the chance to enjoy the rides and experience the joy of the amusement park together.
演畢，少年樂手亦得乘遊樂設施，共享歡樂時光。

We perform, we serve, we learn — and we grow together.
以樂服務，以行求知，與眾共成長。

A Wheelchair. A Journey. A Dream.
一椅承夢，行向希望。

In Zomba District, seven lives received a little more than a wheelchair.
在松巴區，七人所得者，非獨一輪椅而已。

They received a chance to move forward.
更得一程前行之機。

Across T/A Lamusi, T/A Mwambo and T/A M’biza, seven persons with disabilities received wheelchairs generously donated by Amitofo, with the support of the Social Welfare Department.
Lamusi、Mwambo及M’biza三大酋長轄區，七位行動不便者，蒙Amitofo慨然捐贈輪椅，並得社會福利部協力成行。

For some, a wheelchair may seem like a simple mobility aid.
輪椅於常人，或不過一器；於困步者，則別具深意。

But for someone who has spent years depending on others to move, it can mean independence.
然對久困寸步、常賴人扶持者，此輪可予其自主之行。

It can mean visiting family, joining the community, returning to school, and going where dreams are waiting.
可探親友，可入社群，可返學堂，亦可向夢想所在而行。

Before the wheelchairs were handed over, beneficiaries and their guardians were also shown how to use, care for and maintain them safely.
輪椅交付之前，亦教受惠者及其家屬善用、愛護、保養之法。

Because this gift is not simply about today, but about the journey ahead.
蓋此贈非止今日之喜，更願伴其未來之長途。

Seven wheelchairs cannot meet every need.
七椅之力，未足盡解眾人之需。

There are still many more people waiting for a chance to move, participate and dream.
尚有多人，仍待一助，以得行、得與、得夢。

But every journey begins with a single step.
然千里之行，始於一步。

And sometimes, that first step comes on four wheels. ❤️
而有時，人生之第一步，始於四輪之上。❤️

May these wheels carry not only people, but hopes, dignity and dreams towards a brighter tomorrow.
願此四輪所載者，不唯其身，更載希望、尊嚴與夢想，共赴明日之光。
