On 21 March 2026, Amitofo Care Centre Lilongwe (ACCL) journeyed to Katela CBO, T/A M’bang’ombe—where compassion met community.
二〇二六年三月二十一日，阿彌陀佛關懷中心利隆圭院，行至卡特拉社區，慈悲所至，眾心相應。

We served 50 families with essential provisions—maize, salt, soya beans, cooking oil, and sugar—supporting their daily needs.
施糧五十戶，粟鹽豆油與糖，以濟其日用之需。

Beyond sustenance, we listened to the silent struggles of the elderly—offering care for their pains and illnesses.
復聆長者之苦，療其病痛，慰其身心。

Though aid was limited, the needs were great—a humbling reminder that service must continue.
然資有限，而需甚眾，益知行善之道，當不息也。

In the presence of the Senior Chief and youth leaders, hearts were united in gratitude and hope.
酋長與少壯同在，眾心感恩，望意交融

A gentle reminder—our work continues, with deeper compassion and stronger resolve.
是行也未竟，當益精進，以大悲之心，續行不輟。

A Joint Leap into the Year of the Horse
2026 China-Africa Year of the People-to-People Exchanges in Malawi
骐骥驰骋 中马同春 春节庙会暨2026年中非人文交流年启动仪式

When Malawian voices rose in song, the air was stirred with warmth and heritage.
馬拉威之歌聲既起，溫情與風土並盈於空。

When feet danced the ancient rhythms, the earth itself seemed to breathe with life.
舞步承古韻，大地若有生息而與之共鳴。

And lo, the night found its crown—
及其時也，夜之華章，於此而極。

For the young talents of ACC Lilongwe stepped forth, in silent poise and thunderous might.
ACC Lilongwe 少年英才出焉，靜若止水，動若雷霆。

With disciplined grace, their forms cut through the air like whispers of steel.
其形有度，如刃之過風，聲未至而勢已成。

Each strike bore the weight of spirit, each stance the echo of ancient virtue.
一拳一勢，載其精神；一立一守，應乎古德。

In unity they moved, in courage they stood—
同心而動，懷勇而立。

A living testament to strength, harmony, and the unyielding will of youth.
乃力與和之證，亦少志不屈之明徵。

Thus was the stage set aflame, not by fire, but by the spirit of Kungfu.
是夜之臺，非火而燃，乃武道之魂也。

Spring breeze and galloping horses herald a year of boundless vitality.

春風迎馬歲，生機馳騁於天地之間。
As the spring breeze welcomes the Year of the Horse, vitality and hope gallop across the horizon.

是次新春盛會由馬拉維華商聯合總會與馬拉維浙江總商會聯合主辦。
This Lunar New Year celebration was jointly organised by the Malawi Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the Malawi Zhejiang General Chamber of Commerce.

Amitofo Care Centre Lilongwe 的少年英才登臺獻藝，神采飛揚。
Young talents from Amitofo Care Centre Lilongwe took to the stage with vibrant spirit and grace.

武術剛健有力，瑞獅騰躍迎祥，華夏之舞柔美若花隨風。
Their Kung Fu moved with strength and discipline, the Lion Dance leapt with festive joy, and the Chinese dance flowed like blossoms in the wind.

越山海而傳情誼，化文化為和合之橋。
Across mountains and seas, culture became a bridge of friendship and harmony.

如駿馬踏春天，少年承勇志、和合與希望而行。

Voices rose in thoughtful contest as our students gathered for a spirited school debate.
群賢畢集，辯聲鏗鏘，才思交鋒於學堂之間。

On the motion, “Is Technology Harmful to African Traditions?”, young minds met with courage and conviction.
論「科技是否有損非洲傳統」之題，少者懷膽識而陳其志。

Arguments were not weapons, but bridges of understanding.
言辭非為攻伐，乃為通達之橋。

Through debate, confidence is kindled and clarity refined.
辯以立信，思以明理。

Students learn to listen before they speak, and to reason before they decide.
先聽而後言，審思而後斷。

They discover the art of persuasion, the discipline of evidence, and the grace of respectful disagreement.
習說服之術，守論證之法，存和而不同之雅量。

Such sessions nurture leadership, sharpen intellect, and prepare hearts for the world beyond the classroom.
是以養其領袖之風，銳其智慧之鋒，備其來日之途。

For in debate, character is forged as surely as knowledge is gained.
蓋辯論之中，德業並進，學養同成。

🌿 醫者仁心，大愛無疆

On 12 February 2026, Dr. Lai Ming Tsung journeyed from Los Angeles to Amitofo Care Centre Lilongwe — not for recognition, but for service.
二〇二六年二月十二日，賴銘宗醫師自洛杉磯遠赴 Amitofo Care Centre Lilongwe，非為名至，實為仁行。

Across oceans he came, carrying not only instruments, but compassion.
越重洋而來，所攜者不獨器械，更有慈心。

His Contributions 其行其德
• Donated two professional dental scaling units and sterilization equipment over a year ago.
• 早於一年前，捐贈專業洗牙設備兩套及消毒器具。

• Recently added two dental chairs to strengthen the Centre’s dental facilities.
• 近又增設診療椅兩張，以充實院區醫療設備。

• Personally trained senior students in dental scaling skills.
• 親授高二學子洗牙之術。

• Led outreach clinics at Dzaleka Refugee Camp, serving 67 patients over two days.
• 率隊赴 Dzaleka 難民營義診，兩日共濟病者六十七人。

In crowded refugee settlements where care is scarce,
his steady hands restored not only teeth, but dignity.
於資源匱乏之地，其手穩而心慈，所治者不僅齒患，亦復人之尊嚴。

Side by side, the students he trained served with confidence —
a living testament that knowledge shared is hope multiplied.
門生隨行，熟練施術；師道相承，希望倍增。

At an age when many would rest,
he continues to rise before dawn and answer the call of need.
年高而志彌堅，眾人安逸之時，猶聞召即行。

For a true healer does not retire from compassion.

What started as botanical research has blossomed into a mission of education, sustainability, and service to humanity.

由植物學研究而興，終成教育、永續與服務人群之使命。

For many years, Dr. Chou has travelled across several African and developing nations, passionately advocating the nutritional and life-enhancing benefits of moringa.

多年以來，周博士行走多個非洲及發展中國家，弘揚辣木之營養益處與生命之助益。

At Amitofo Care Centre Lilongwe, Dr. Chou has not only delivered lectures but has actively engaged with our students — answering their questions, sharing practical knowledge, and inspiring them to see nutrition and agriculture as pathways to self-reliance and community upliftment.

In her Inter-Cultural Communication course, taught fully in English, she explored how food reveals identity, values, and the way people live across cultures.
