Behind the grand stage of “Lights Across the Sky: A China–Malawi Symphony” Gala for the Year of People-to-People Exchanges & the 77th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China, were days of practice, laughter and precious memories.

在「寰宇流光 文明交響——中非人文交流年嘉年華暨慶祝中華人民共和國成立七十七週年招待會」的盛大舞臺背後，是一段段勤習、歡笑與珍貴回憶。

From countless rehearsals to the final moments at BICC, our young performers gave their best — while enjoying every moment together.

從無數次排練，到BICC舞臺上的最後一刻，少年們全力以赴，也珍惜彼此相伴的每一刻。

Beyond the drums and applause, what remains are the smiles, friendships and memories they will carry with them.

鼓聲與掌聲之外，留下的，是少年們的笑容、情誼，以及將珍藏一生的回憶。

The stage may have ended, but their memories have only begun.

Where Kindness Goes, Hope Follows
善行所至，希望相隨

On 22 August, ACC Lilongwe, together with Student Marley and Kelvin, brought 50 parcels of food and daily essentials to families at Nthathwe CBO, with K1,000 given to each family for maize milling.
八月二十二日，Amitofo Care Centre Lilongwe 攜學生 Marley 與 Kelvin，為 Nthathwe CBO 五十戶家庭送上糧食與生活所需，並各贈一千克瓦查，以助玉米磨粉。

At Katela CBO, two footballs were gifted to the youth, bringing joy and encouraging them to gather, play and grow together.
又至 Katela CBO，贈足球二枚予社區青年，使眾人同聚同樂，健身益志。

The medical team also provided health check-ups, treatment and medicines to those in need.
醫療團隊亦為有需者診察施治，並贈予藥物。

The chiefs and community leaders expressed heartfelt gratitude for ACC’s continued care and support.
酋長與社區代表皆深表感恩，謝 ACC 長久以來之關懷與扶助。

Gala for the Year of People-to-People Exchanges & the 77th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China
寰宇流光 文明交响 —「中非人文交流年」嘉年華暨慶祝中華人民共和國成立77週年招待會

On the evening of 21 August 2026, our ACC Lilongwe Percussion Ensemble Young Talents were honoured to be invited by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malawi to grace this grand occasion at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC).

二〇二六年八月二十一日晚，利隆圭阿彌陀佛關懷中心青年打擊樂團蒙中國駐馬拉威大使館雅邀，於宏偉之BICC盛典獻藝，實為殊榮。

Ten of our young performers, aged but 12 to 13, stood before a great gathering beneath the evening sky and gave forth Hoo-Daiko with strength, spirit and youthful fire.

十位年僅十二至十三歲之少年，臨眾而奏《Hoo-Daiko》，鼓聲鏗鏘，氣勢昂然，盡展少年之志與樂藝之魂。

Though their term break had begun, the children willingly shortened their family holiday, returned to ACC, and prepared themselves once more to give their very best.

雖值假期，諸生仍願縮短與家人團聚之時，返院勤習，以最佳之姿赴此盛會，誠為可嘉。

We remain profoundly grateful to have been chosen as one of only three performing groups, among the many gifted arts groups in Malawi. Such an honour is one we shall never take for granted.

馬拉威英才薈萃，而利隆圭阿彌陀佛關懷中心青年打擊樂團有幸列為三組獻藝團體之一，承此厚愛，實感萬分珍惜，永銘於心。

Our deepest gratitude goes to the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malawi for extending this distinguished invitation and giving our young talents the opportunity to share their music upon such a remarkable stage.

謹此衷心感謝中國駐馬拉威大使館之雅邀，賜予我院青年才俊登上如此盛大舞臺、以樂傳情之珍貴機會。

Last evening was more than a performance; it was a moment when our young ones stood upon a greater stage, carrying with them the spirit of ACC.

昨夜不止是一場演出，更是少年立於大舞臺之時，肩承阿彌陀佛關懷中心之精神，鼓聲傳情，心志遠行。

Thirty-five children received their fourth protection against polio, thanks to the dedicated team from Blessings Hospital.

A new chapter begins, with 30 young hearts finding a new home and a new family at ACC Lilongwe.
新章初啟，三十幼心入居阿彌陀佛關懷中心，自此有家，有愛，有伴。

Welcomed with their families and community leaders, they are now journeying through their orientation—learning, settling in, and discovering their new home before the September 2026 school term begins.
在家人、酋長及社福人員見證下，諸童正接受迎新導訓，熟悉新居、學習相伴，迎接二〇二六年九月新學期。

A haircut, a warm bath, new clothes, a place to sleep—simple gifts, yet each carries a message: you are cared for, you belong, and you are home.

Compassion restores dignity, and service transforms lives.
慈悲復其尊嚴，善行潤澤人心。

On 31 July 2026, Amitofo Care Centre Lilongwe (ACCL) successfully conducted a wheelchair donation and social welfare engagement in Zomba.
二〇二六年七月三十一日，阿彌陀佛關懷中心（ACC Lilongwe）於宗巴圓滿舉行輪椅捐贈暨社會福利交流活動。

Eight wheelchairs were presented to beneficiaries, restoring mobility, independence, and renewed hope to those in need.
捐贈輪椅八輛，助弱勢人士重獲行動自由，自立生活，重燃希望。

The remaining beneficiaries will receive their wheelchairs upon completion of the necessary arrangements, ensuring no one is forgotten.
餘下受惠者，俟安排妥善後續行發放，務使眾生皆蒙其惠。

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to MACODA, the District Social Welfare Office, the Malawi Police Service, and all partners for their unwavering collaboration in serving the community.

24 July 2026, ACC Lilongwe officially concluded the 2025 Academic Year. Together, our students, teachers and staff gathered in gratitude to celebrate a year of perseverance, growth and achievement.
二〇二六年七月二十四日，阿彌陀佛關懷中心里隆圭校區圓滿結束二〇二五學年。全體師生及職員齊聚一堂，共慶一年來辛勤耕耘、茁壯成長。

🏆 Outstanding students were recognised for their diligence, while music, dance and poetry filled the day with joy and hope.
🏆 優秀學子獲頒嘉許，歌舞詩韻交織，滿載歡欣與希望。

❤️ As the school gates close for the holidays, our children now return to their families—carrying with them not only knowledge, but also the values of kindness, respect and gratitude.

Our students embraced the challenge of learning "Hoo Daiko," a dynamic taiko percussion piece that demands strength, precision, discipline, and unwavering teamwork.
學子習演《Hoo Daiko》太鼓曲，兼備剛勁、精準、紀律與同心協力，殊非易事。

Through countless hours of practice, they transformed every challenge into confidence, every mistake into growth, and every rehearsal into a step towards excellence.
歷經反覆磨練，化艱難為信心，化失誤為成長，積跬步以臻卓越。

More than mastering rhythm, they learned resilience, perseverance, mutual trust, and the true spirit of performing as one.

Hope often begins with a single visit, a single conversation, and a single child.
善念之始，源於一步；希望之光，起於一童。

Between 22 June and 14 July 2026, the ACC Lilongwe team journeyed across the villages of Traditional Authority Chimutu, where 39 children were carefully assessed in search of those most in need of educational support.
西元二〇二六年六月二十二日至七月十四日，阿彌陀佛關懷中心利隆圭院區深入 Chimutu 傳統酋長轄區，先後訪查童子三十九名，細察其境，審其所需。

From Kumayani, Chambo, Chinoko, Katsika, and the neighbouring villages, every child carried a different story, yet all shared the same hope for a brighter tomorrow.
童子來自 Kumayani、Chambo、Chinoko、Katsika 及鄰近諸村，各有其境遇，然皆同懷向學之志，盼明日更光。

Together with the dedicated Social Welfare Officers of Lilongwe — Ms. Bridget Mwale, Mr. Allan, and Ms. Cecelia Sokosi — our team, led by the Director, carefully identified vulnerable children whose greatest need is the opportunity to learn.
承蒙 Lilongwe 社會福利局 Bridget Mwale 女士、Allan 先生及 Cecelia Sokosi 女士鼎力協助，本中心在院長率領下，共同甄選最需教育扶助之弱勢童子。

Two children have already begun attending the Centre earlier, taking their first steps towards catching up with lessons, friendships, and the promise of a better future.
今已有二童提早入園，勤修課業，融入群體，邁出改變人生之第一步。

The journey continues. Through careful assessment, verification, and close partnership with the Social Welfare Office, we remain steadfast in our mission: to ensure that every deserving child is given not merely an education, but a chance to dream once more.
甄選未竟，查核仍續；本中心將持續偕同社會福利局審慎查訪，務使真正有需要之童子，皆得受教之機，再燃人生之希望。
