Let us take a look at what is happening all the time new leader comes into power.
• why is it mostly, the same thing that has happened and advocated to be changed keep being the order of the day?
• why and how is it the very same people surrounding this new leader tends to be the same across in the name of goal changers?
• there could be a fact the new leader advocates while in opposition and that dies the moment resumes power, and starts somehow being acting of the same was critiquing?
• what is the mystery behind this feniminon?
• what would be the best way to tackle this vice?
• is it may be unitary is the same ad one party rule at the time benefiting the few greedy ones busy changing like chameleon?
• if it was in federal, would it be different?

I think federal would save and deliver majority avoiding a whole large population suffer under few.
There would be positive competition making their segments a better place to live serving the people toward being elected from segment control to the core control of the whole segments.
• people from the other segments not developing will take their leaders to task as to why they are lurking behind yet same allocation from the source point.
I tell you, opondelezanawa would not find a chance to disturb and derail the leader, for the competitions amongst the segments would be too hot to foolishly handle.

Some of the allocations in The Recurrent & Developments estimates in the just passed 2023/24 National Budget leaves alot to be desired.

Kutchetcha Udzu ku State Houses K1.1Billion

Salima -Lilongwe Water project K500Million

Unmowed Lawn for days ; no deaths

Luck of clean portable water for days ; more deaths due to cholera and other diarrhoearial diseases.

Budget scrutiny , critical analysis and priorities compromised.

If federal system were into place , Salima Lilongwe people would have prioritized water than kutchetcha udzu. Its them who feel the pinch.

Malawi, what lies ahead?
