At long last the Centenary Celebration of World Mission Sunday cloth is now available on the market. We are more than ready for 3rd October 2026 function.

The Mzuzu Diocese of the Roman Catholic church says preparations for the National Centenary Celebrations for World Mission Sunday to take place on 3rd October, 2026 at Mzuzu stadium are progressing well with K30 million out of K60 million budget already raised.

Head of the Diocese, Rt Rev. Bishop Yohane Suzgo Nyirenda has told Zodiak Online today that the event is crucial in acknowledging and celebrating financial support for evangelization and pastoral contributions in Pontifical Mission Societies for the past 100 years.

National Organizing Committee Chairperson, Dr Elija Wanda says the committee has also lined up a number of fundraising activities such as, dinner and dance, raffle draw and selling of centenary cloth and Gold-shirts.

The event will be held under the theme " One in Christ, United in Mission" and it will also attract international delegates from Kenya, Zimbabwe and Rome in Italy.
