Frigid temperatures. No heat. Inadequate shelter. Minimal food.

Mulume, as winter approaches, children caught in crisis zones face unimaginable hardship. Temperatures will plummet, conditions will grow more dangerous and families without shelter, warm clothing or basic necessities will suffer.

In some parts of the world, harsh winter weather can last most of the year — putting displaced children in serious danger.

The truth is, winter is one of the toughest times to be a kid in crisis.
