Iftar program at Noor Masjid (Asia Masjid) in Gulumbu, TA Chikumbu. In a beautiful partnership between Mai Aisha Trust and One Ummah Community, we were able to provide nourishing meals to more than 600 brothers and sisters.

There is a unique kind of joy found in breaking fast together as one community. Seeing the smiles and feeling the gratitude at Noor Masjid reminds us why this work is so vital.

Water is Life
Allah says in His Noble Qur'an: "(وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ) And We have made from water every living thing." (Surah Al-Anbiya 21:30)

We are humbled to share that Mai Aisha Trust has completed 15 new boreholes in 2025 across Malawi! Through our own efforts and a few key partnerships, we’re bringing the gift of clean water to thousands.

Providing water isn't just about infrastructure; it's about sustaining life itself. Alhamdulillah.

Tree Planting in Mangochi
Date: 26–30 January 2026,
Mai Aisha Trust partnered with Drop of Compassion (DOC) to carry out tree planting activities as part of environmental conservation and climate resilience efforts. A total of 793 trees were planted across three schools—Mlimba Academy, Mpenjele J.P. School, and Lunjule Primary School. Learners, teachers, and community members actively participated, helping to strengthen environmental awareness and foster ownership of the trees. This initiative reflects the commitment of both Mai Aisha Trust and DOC to promoting sustainability and building greener, more resilient communities in Mangochi.

More Hearts, More Homes: A Celebration at Kuluwe!
We are overjoyed to announce the official handover of 5 newly constructed houses at Kuluwe!

This milestone was made possible through the continued, compassionate partnership between Mai Aisha Trust and Jamil Kashmir. Together, we aren’t just building walls and roofs; we are restoring dignity, providing safety, and offering a fresh start to families in need.

Official Handover Announcement
Adding 15 more Schemes in just 2025, 2,000+ Families, 1 Vision
We are proud to announce that Mai Aisha Trust, in strategic partnership with Drop of Compassion (DOC), has officially completed and handed over the 15th Irrigation Scheme in the Madziabango area just this year alone.

This milestone marks a significant achievement in our 2025 calendar. By providing consistent water access for agriculture, we are moving beyond subsistence farming into a future of sustainable commercial growth for over 2,000 households.

Our Partnership with Government
This success would not be possible without the technical support and alignment with the Government of Malawi. By working together with the Ministry of Irrigation and Water Development, we are directly contributing to the Malawi 2063 pillars of agricultural productivity and commercialization.
