GSBC MULANJE SCHOOL MINISTRY OUTREACH UPDATES
We thank God for His faithfulness, protection, and abundant grace throughout our recent Good Samaritan Bible Clubs (GSBC) school ministry outreach to Mulanje.
The GSBC team departed on Tuesday, 23rd, and returned safely on Thursday, 25th, after completing a fruitful three-days ministry. We are grateful to God for granting us journey mercies and making every part of the outreach successful.
During this outreach, we ministered in 11 schools.
Jenala Primary School (Zomba side)
Makuwa Primary School (Chiladzulu side)
Makande Primary School
Sanjale Primary School
Anchor Primary School
Dyanyama Primary School
Dyanyama Nursery School
Nalanda Primary School
Chitimbe Primary School
Chilera Primary School
Nankuyu Primary School
By God's grace, we reached 12,325 children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and 6,450 children made a decision to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We give all the glory to God for these precious lives that were touched by His Word.
Besides preaching the Gospel, we encouraged the children to work hard in their education, remain disciplined, and pursue their studies with dedication so they can have a brighter future. We also distributed Bibles to the children so they can continue reading God's Word, grow spiritually, and strengthen their relationship with Christ.
On Wednesday, after completing the school ministry, the team traveled for approximately one and a half hours to a remote village for an evening outreach program. There, we conducted a Bible Club program followed by the showing of the Jesus Film. During the film presentation, one of our team members Christopher James, shared the Gospel and gave an invitation for people to receive Christ. We praise God because many people responded to the invitation and accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. It was a joyful reminder that the Gospel continues to transform lives wherever it is faithfully preached.
For this outreach, the ministry used two GSBC vans, enabling the team to reach schools and villages in different locations more effectively. We are deeply grateful that God protected both vehicles and every team member throughout the journey. The roads we traveled were in very poor condition, with many rough and bumpy sections. As a result, one van developed ball joint problems and vehicle’s side window came off. Another van's air cleaner box was broken. These vehicles now require maintenance and repairs as soon as funds become available so they can continue serving in future outreaches.
We also thank God for providing food and accommodation for the entire team during the outreach. We were blessed to stay in the Phalombe area, where we were well cared for throughout the ministry.
We sincerely thank every member of the GSBC team for their commitment, sacrifice, and faithful service. We are also grateful to everyone who prayed for us and faithfully supported this ministry through their generosity and encouragement.
Your prayers and support are helping us reach thousands of children and many adults with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
We kindly ask you to continue praying for the newly saved children and adults, for the schools and communities we visited, for future outreaches, and for God's provision toward repairing our ministry vehicles so that we can continue reaching more schools and villages with the Gospel.
May God richly bless you for partnering with us. Together, we are making an eternal impact in the lives of children, families, and communities.
