Ladies of Influence(LOI) is a female managed Non-Profit Organization founded in 2017 whose main objective is to contribute to sustainable development in Malawi through humanitarian efforts. The organization’s primary focus is to make a difference in the education and health sectors in-line with the 2030 agenda aiming at helping to transform our world through Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs). dies of influence mainly work with SDG number 3 which is good health and wellbeing, SDG number 4 which is quality education, SDG number 5 gender equality, and SDG 17 which is partnerships to achieve the goals. The organization's primary activities in the country target women and the girl child linked to SDG number 5 aiming to achieve gender equality and women empowerment considering that these are pivotal areas in relation to global development. Ladies of Influence has carried out 5 successful projects in the health and education sectors of Malawi in the past. Strategic Partnerships
LOI believes in teamwork and the success of the organization is dependent on every member in the group, the public and different organizations. Having strategic partnerships at the core of its operations, LOI has in the past partnered with Rotary Club of Blantyre, Centre for Women and Girls Empowerment and others in order achieve its objectives. 2021-2022 In 2021, LOI will focus on educating the girl child, helping in the health sector of Malawi, training the youth and preparing them to become focused leaders through structured volunteerism in the organization, customized training humanitarian programs and more.
