We had a dialogue engagement with representatives from Misereor based on the current project (HIV and AIDS and Sexual Reproductive Health in Blantyre) we were very thrilled to share our experiences in terms of successes so far. We also shared lessons learnt from the project. All in all it was nice having them visit us at our office.

In our monthly supervision exercise, today we visited Mayera Primary, Namiwawa Primary, Likhubula primary , Namiwawa Secondary, Carlo Acutis Secondary; school(s). During the visits, we talked about HIV prevention, How to take care of the body and how that relates to shaping one future.

On Phunziro la Moyo Tv program today, we looked at why teenage pregnancies are high in Blantyre, as per the latest report. We also discussed ways to tackle this issue, considering Agenda 2063 relies on young people making smart choices to help in realization of the Agenda.

Today, we visited Tiwale and Tithandizane Children's Corner(s) where young people talked about body changes and the responsibilities that come with it. Young people from the two centres showed some level of understanding of what needs to be done for them to avoid getting into risky behaviors which affects the Youth as they grow

Since it's holiday time, we're visiting children's corners to encourage them to make good choices and decisions, so they're ready for school. Today, we visited Umodzi and Tithandizane children's corners in Machinjiri area 3 and 1. We talked about the physical and physiological changes they experience as they grow up, so they're prepared and know how to handle them.
