Ever heard this one? 🙄 Let's talk about it.

The idea that therapy is only for a certain type of person is not only wrong, it's harmful. It prevents people from getting the help that could truly change their lives for the better.
The truth is, therapy is a tool. A tool for understanding your patterns, managing stress, improving relationships, and simply becoming a better version of yourself. Who wouldn't benefit from that?

New week, same financial worries? You're not alone. 💸

While tackling one small money task can help you feel in control, it's important to remember that financial stress weighs on more than just your wallet—it impacts your overall well-being.

True peace comes from addressing both your finances and your mental health. If anxiety about money is affecting your sleep, mood, or daily life, consider exploring how therapy can help you build resilience and find lasting calm.

You deserve support. Let’s prioritize your peace.

Malawi has registered 153 su***de cases linked to mental health and trauma from January to March 2025, according to the Directorate of curative and medical rehabilitation services in the department of mental health at the Ministry of Health.
Assistant Director in the department, Michael Udedi, said this today in Lilongwe during a workshop on mental health recovery organised by the Ministry of Health to expose stakeholders to evidence-based practices.
He said as a nation, Malawi currently provides basic psychosocial support to victims of mental health and trauma caused by natural disasters, substance abuse and the effects of cyber abuse, such as traumatising graphics and text on social media.
Alliance For Children Everywhere (ACR) Country Director Chisangalalo Ntonyo said many children are victims of trauma, and they need psychosocial support to get over their traumatising experiences.
He said to achieve this, there is a need to train duty bearers at various levels, such as at school, community, police and health care givers to be able to offer first psychosocial services to victims.
