Yesterday, 30th May, we joined the commemoration of Families Day under the theme _“Families’ Inquties on Child Wellbeing”_ at Lunzu Primary School.

It was inspiring to see many NGOs showcasing their work. Mzati Youth Organization was proud to be there, sharing our initiatives directly with the Minister of Gender, Hon. Mary Thom Navicha
Seeing youth leadership speak up and represent fellow young people made the day even more special. Together for stronger families and better child wellbeing.

We’ve officially started training girls at Ntenjera CDSS on how to make reusable sanitary pads, and what a beautiful session it was! 💜

Seeing their smiles, focus, and dedication to learn was truly inspiring. This project means more girls will have access to sanitary pads, feel confident during their periods, and never have to miss school because of it.

Huge thanks to our partners Think Malawi for the financial support making this possible.

We are excited to announce we have started Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights training at Oak Valley Secondary School in Lunzu

This program is led by Mzati Youth Organization, working in partnership with Kadidi Health facility. Over the next 6 weeks, we will equip students with accurate SRHR information and connect them to youth-friendly services. Participants will also learn how to access contraceptive methods and self-test kits.

After we wrap up at Oak Valley, we are taking this program to the next school to reach even more youth.

Huge thanks to our partners for making this possible. We are still inviting other organizations and stakeholders to work with us to help our children. Together we are building a healthier, informed generation.
