MCDGI’s Finance for Non-Finance Managers is a one-day intensive built to give your managers, supervisors and team leads exactly that: the ability to read the numbers, question them intelligently, and make decisions that protect profit and cash.

The programme runs across four practical areas:
1. Finance Fundamentals — the language of money: revenue, cost, profit, cash, and the three core financial statements
2. Smart Financial Decision Making - margin, break-even and relevant cost, so choices are made on evidence rather than instinct
3. Analysing Performance Like a Pro - reading statements, ratios and KPIs to judge health at a glance
4. Investments & Business Growth Strategies - appraising investments and funding growth, with Shariah-aligned options grounded in the Maldivian market.
