Making Waves at the 1st National Swim Meet.

What a weekend it has been. The 1st National Swim Meet brought together athletes, coaches, and families for two days filled with determination and joy in the water. Across 10 events, 9 female and 29 male athletes gave their all in every race.

Every dive, every finish, and every cheer from the stands told a story of courage and inclusion. The medals and ribbons were meaningful, but the real victory was the confidence and happiness seen on every face.

Special thanks to (Jeff Coach) for his leadership and dedication in ensuring everything ran smoothly. To our officials, youth leaders and volunteers, thank you for showing up with such heart. Many of you met our athletes for the first time, yet supported them as if you had known them forever.

This Swim Meet was more than a competition. It was a true celebration of ability, courage, and inclusion.

Celebrating Our Star Swimmers! 🌊🏅

The 1st National Swim Meet came to a close with a medal ceremony filled with pride, joy, and truly memorable moments. Every athlete who stepped into the pool gave their best, and that is the spirit we celebrate.

We were honored to welcome our special guests on the final day: State Minister, Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Fitness, Mr. Abdul Razzaq Ibrahim; Deputy Minister, Mr. Faidh Ibrahim; Head of Reconciliation and Reporting, BML, Ms. Aminath Jeehaan; and Manager Reconciliation, BML, Ms. Aishath Manal Khalid. Thank you for joining us, witnessing the final events, and presenting medals and ribbons to our athletes.

Your presence made the day even more meaningful for our athletes and their families.
