The Voluntary Local Review (VLR) is a globally recognized reporting framework that enables cities to assess, monitor, and communicate their progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the local level.This launch is a historic milestone. The first VLR in the Maldives and only the third in Asia. A VLR is a way for a city or local government to check, measure, and share how well it is doing in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
