We are proud to support the Kaamil Didi Primary SchoolFire Drill, which tested the School Emergency Operations Plan (SEOP) held this week. Our volunteers and staff provided emergency response coordination and first aid coverage, working alongside the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Skills Development, Maldives National Defence Force Maldives Police Service

Such drills are vital in building readiness for real emergencies. Thank you to our volunteers and staff for their commitment to keeping our communities safe.

🌱 World Environment Day 2026

On the occasion of World Environment Day 2026, volunteers and staff of the Maldivian Red Crescent Malé City Unit proudly participated in the 5 Million Trees Plantation Project, contributing to collective efforts towards a greener and more sustainable Maldives.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Hulhumalé Community Alliance for their leadership, dedication, and commitment in organizing and implementing this important environmental initiative.

We would also like to thank all our volunteers and staff who took part in the event and contributed their time and effort to support this meaningful cause.

As adverse weather conditions continue to affect parts of the Maldives, we encourage everyone to remain alert, stay informed, and take necessary precautions to ensure their safety and the safety of their families.

Our volunteers were active across the city supporting Patient Transport, Dignified Transportation of the Deceased, First Aid Service at the Eid al-Adha prayer, our RCRC Day Celebration , and we inducted new volunteers via an Orientation Session.
