Catering children between 2-12. We believe that children with ASDs and their families can become participating members of the community.

Providing intensive therapy designed to individual needs of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs), by a team of Pediatrician, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapists and Special Ed Teachers Philosophy
Our association is driven by the belief that individualised intervention would assist children with ASDs to overcome a wide range of developmental, behavioural and learning difficulties. Our mission
To create a collaborative environment for parents, community leaders and our teachers to work together and make our services accessible to those children in need. To advocate and facilitate early detection and intervention.,

Our Aim
To ensure that we tap into the potential of each child and help them discover their own strengths, equip them to face their future with conviction and realise community inclusion and independence. To develop skill, competence and confidence using our special curriculum and trained teachers.. Our Values

Our Teachers’ Day Dinner Night was a beautiful celebration of appreciation, dedicated to our amazing Therapeutic Educators and Therapists who make a meaningful difference in the lives of our children every single day.

Their dedication, patience, and hard work help our students learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Every small achievement and every milestone is a reminder of the incredible impact they make.

As a token of our appreciation, we were delighted to present Appreciation Certificates and Gift Cards to recognize their valuable contributions, commitment, and the love they bring to their work.

The Maldives Autism Association’s 8th Annual Art Exhibition, “Art of Mind 2026” was inaugurated on the 24th September 2026.
The exhibition was inaugurated by the Chief Executive Officer of National Social Projection Agency , Aminath Shirna together with the Founder and Executive Chairperson of Maldives Autism Association, Madam Ilham Hussein.
The Pakistan High Commission Maldives , H.E. Vice Admiral Fasal Rasul Lodhi, Managing Director of Aasandha Company Ltd , Aminath Zeeniya, representatives of the Maldives Airports Company Limited and Bandos Maldives attended the ceremony as special invitees.
Art of Mind 2026 featured the wonderful artworks of our talented students, under 4 major themes, showcasing their unique perspectives, imagination, and creativity. This year digital art and photography was introduced as a distinct category.
Each exhibit told a story, vouching that, given the right tools and the right support, their potential is limitless. We are incredibly proud of our students and grateful to everyone who continues to support their journey.
